Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good morning Bella Buds. A gorgeous day. I was cold during the night, should have closed windows, still cold for awhile when I got up. Tomorrow is the foot doctor, the orthopedic surgeon one, Thursday is Jo’s retina surgeon who will do her surgery. I have things to do to prepare for two back to back trips.
Im going to see if friend Nancy is home and call her. I’ll check back in hopefully before I get Casey up. Y’all have the best. day possible.

Tomorrow is my appointment but Jo wants to go. It is just because I want to understand better about my feet and ask about exercises, if my braces are therapeutic or just to help me walk. My appointment is an hour away but not until 2 my time, 3 their time. That means I won’t be home very early. Thursday’s appointment is about Jo’s eye surgery and is in Lexington. Chuck and i met with the palliative care team today; those women know their stuff! The activities director is going to make sure Rick gets the TV stations that show all the 70/80s sitcoms. MeTV is one of his favorites. They have a lot of things going on over there, but Rick’s just not into all that hullabaloo. 😏 There was a ballet dancer today in her little tutu; she was good. Hi Pam, thanks for telling us what is going on. It seems things are well planned and all the t’s are crossed and the i’s are dotted. I think you have Rick in a great place, you don’t often see staff worry about tv channels. That shows a very mindful and caring staff, giving confidence if they see to the little things, they definitely will watch the big things. I bet if there are smells there, they aren’t stale but fresh. As long as Chuck isn’t asking directed questions, I think you are wise not to talk about his diagnosis.… Read more »

My great niece and her husband just adopted a new born and had to travel to Arizona to get her. I don’t know the exact details but it seems the baby became theirs right after birth when the parents signed th baby over. I do know a Christian organization does all this to have couples trying to adopt. This is their second adopted child. This baby was born with a heart condition similar to Korbin’s.

They had an airport horror story way worse than Ardy’s. One thing, they lost a lot of time because Emily would not walk through the metal detector thing with the baby, even though she had a doctor’s letter not to do that!
