Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Well you know how your laptop goes black/sleep mode after you leave it alone and not doing anything with it for a few minutes ? I’m glad you are back and it was a simple fix. Strange it happened this one time. At least you will know what to do if it happens again.
I did do that a couple times and nothing happened.

It was an easy fix, i had tried it and it didnt work at the time.
second egg was laid around 7:28 this morning
She is habitual! The first egg was laid at 7:17, so time wise just 11 minutes difference!

Julie called they got about 10 inches of snow. She has shoveled out two of the house exists and steps and some man is cleaning the driveway. The vet can keep Jade through Friday. If she isn’t home by then Judy will go get Jade.

Hey Debbie, I always leave my laptop on when I’m doing things and I came back and my my screen is black and I can’t shut it off and I press the keys and it doesn’t do anything so I turned on my tablet and all I’m getting is a black screen but I’m able to talk on my phone so I wonder what’s going on. Nope, now my tablet just made a noise
