Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hello……………..It is already 72° at 8:30AM!!!!!!!! We are getting ready to go to the street fair. Going to be a hot day!!!

When we walk which is 99% of the fair its sun …no AC to be had…..unless we sit in a bar all day….lol

I’m brushing Jade everyday and she is loosing her winter coat lots of fur coming out of her coat, with all the fur coming off I bet I could make another cat, I just think about if I didn’t get the shedding fur off where it would go? in her stomach, the floor furniture? so much shedding so much fur😂😱
😁. Funny Julie. We try to keep Macie brushed but she still swallows hair and throws up. It is year ‘round.
Jade never throws up, Jades shedding her winter coat. Brushing her just removes the shedded hair in her coat. Probably has a thicker coat because of the colder temps up here.
I wish Macie didn’t throw up. All of our cats have. Maybe because we keep the temp warmer than most do so they shed more. But seems they would acclimate.
Other cats I have had would cough up hairballs, but when I got Jade I focused on being able to brush her and she has no hairballs, so it does make a difference
Hey Good Morning Bellas-going to be in the 70’s today and that will melt the last of the snow, its overcast right now looks like rain? no rain today but tomorrow😍 so I will be outside today enjoying the weather😎 I can pick sticks up, its to wet to use the leaf blower, but might put it together to see how it works? it has different settings it blows but also acts like a vacuum and sucks up leaves but mulches them to. Good morning Sunshine, you will enjoy being outside today. Let’s see, Judy gave you the leaf blower? That is going to be a big help to you. I didn’t know they could vacuum and mulch! Take care of your back, wear your binder.
It also has a bag for the mulch and leaves to go into-it will be so nice not to rake😍
