Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hi back home I went and got groceries sat for a bit with Jade outside, talked to Debbieshe’s eating her wonderful dinner😋 and that’s about it. Sam’s didn’t have the cat food for pick-up yesterday and i had to have it delivered; it just got here. The guy thought he was doing a good thing by bringing those 4 boxes up to the front door – UGH. If he’d left them by the garage, i’d just called Chuck to bring ’em in. As it was, I got ’em in the door, Chuck’ll bring them the rest of the way tomo; i won’t ask him tonight. A bee was drinking water but i went out three times to make sure it was safe…Rick has twigs and a rock for them

Thanks Becki. The finale of Survivor is tonight, a 3 hour show. So I guess I’ll miss this game. I have it set to tape, but if I don’t watch it tonight I’m sure I will find out the winner before I get it watched. Thanks for telling it though, because usually I definitely would want to see the game!
