Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. going to eat soon…Karen, my DH was home, not at his rentals…still waiting to hear but I think things are ok/and my cousin also, there…roads are all blocked around there, though, lots of damage and emergency vehicles from 8 towns.
Thanks for the update, Lynn I’m so glad your DH is home with you. That all sounds scary. 8 towns is a lot. I hope the folks are okay. All we can do is wait, i guess. 🙁

I hope you get some good rest, Debbie. Were you awake off and on last night? I will always have GI distress of some sort. Everything has been operated on, and nothing is like it started. But, as things come up, at least I have Phenergan. Actually I take generic Promethazine. It almost always works great.
I woke up some but not for long. Oh dear on the gastro stuff but I’m glad you have medicine for nausea. It probably makes you sleepy? Or does it?
