Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Hi Ya Bellas, its a beautiful morning its 63 that’s a normal morning temp for here will maybe get rain today? but 100% for tomorrow. Monarch eggs could hatch today it takes 3-5 days for them to hatch depending on the temp. Going to do stuff in the garden. Its a on going hobby. Oh tomorrow just became a alert day for storms. I was so tired last night I fell asleep and didn’t eat dinner. I drempt about it though😂 Have beautiful day😘

Good morning. Our rain, thunder and lightning yesterday continued into the morning. Rick was up and showered by 6am to get on the roof to drain the cooler. Luckily the rain stopped long enough for him to get that done and then started up the AC. The house feels better but we have a hard time with the doors being closed now. We like to have them open. Good Morning Ardyth, the fire looks so scary, but pretty to in the dark, How far is it from you? remember if you can smell the smoke the air quality might not be good. Does it look like the fire is spreading? The picture of the toad is so cute, being the toad has a baby face, its pretty eyes and looks like its smiling😃
I am sure it is sprawling some. It would never reach us but can see if from our patio
