Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The monsoon rain do not happen daily or weekly…….we could go w/o rain for two weeks or more.

No, the fire isnt big enough. I saw a helicopter up there working on putting the fire out.

I have a question for those of you that have air conditioning central air conditioning that is. Do you feel much air coming out of the vents or does it just kind of trickle out?
I can feel it blowing if I am right beside a vent. It is not forceful, just a gentle blow.
Ours is gentle too.

Ok I was curious, same with ours.
Mine blows out, but if its already warm in the house its hard to feel much plus it makes the unit work harder

These are the wild flowers that the city planted from seeds, our whole street is filled with the flowers, neighbors across the street went for grass being planted, I think the flowers look so much better😍 I’m loving seeing the Prarie flowers, the bees love it too. This is the 3rd year of the planting and its blooming now😘Thanks for posting Debbie💖

Hiya. The livestock show wasn’t cancelled because of any kind of danger, it was because they cut off the water to the Expo Center.
