Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I got a good report at the eye doc. I had three machines that did photos or test. I hate one of the tests, it is because of one of the RA medicines I am on. But he said I’m actually reading better than 6 months ago, so no glasses. He said my distance eye has a little film over it. He will check it in 6 months and possibly want to do laser surgery to remove the film.

I got peaches but I actually didn’t think they are as good. They are really small but have a small pit too.
I hate the eye test with the pouf of air shot into my eye!!!

it is a test for glaucoma and other eye conditions, it measures the pressure in the eye, I have it every time I have a thorough eye exam
They test me for glaucoma every visit but it isn’t a puff of air. They put drops in my eye and rest a gauge on the eye ball. Today my readings were 14 one eye, 15 the other. I have had a heightened risk of glaucoma since I was 11. It was because of an eye injury. I was hit in the eye by a rock shot by a sling shot. My doc says the only reason I can see is because God wanted me too.

OMG Pam I would be freaking out all you can do is be prepared and stay focused on the news for your area, will they have a alert that will go off on your phone to let you know if you need to go? maybe call emergency management and see if they have a recording on their line? or Google it. This kind of stuff you need to know asap, even as far as what roads you are suppose to use. If you need us to do anything as far as contacting people for you let us know

Good morning Bella Buds. We are 83 right now about 9:30 in the morning. Not too bad yet, but the humid is 75% which makes it feel warmer. Today I am going to the eye doc in Somerset for my 6 months checkup. They offered me an eye glass prescription last time mostly for driving at night, but I said I seldom drove at night and decided no. But I think I’ll get a prescription today. Especially true homegrown in season. I’m not sure I’ve ever bought peaches from someone who actually grew them. They may be better tree ripened than some that are shipped in.
Oh yes, because its a fragile fruit they pick them before they a ripe because the bruise so easy and ship better. When I buy them I buy hard ones then rippin on the counter for a few days😍
I do too. But I also try to pick out softer ones if they have them and they aren’t bruised. Eat now, eat later.

Good morning Ardy. I’m watching tape now. The tape each day will be from 5 AM CDT and last until 3 PM, approximately. Probably a couple hours more depending on how long the evening match lasts. I’ve seen men’s matches last 5 hours, and at 3 PM that is only 2 hours prime time for a match. The tape can actually go on past that 3 PM. it has to be tomorrow because your google said 8:20 she plays. It is past that now in either Europe or all time zones USA. Could be though both sisters play doubles today. In fact that is what I bet it is.
The Williams sisters are not playing doubles today. Venus and Serena Williams are scheduled to start their Wimbledon doubles campaign against Camila Osorio and Solana Sierra later in the week, either Thursday or Friday.
Because the women’s doubles draw usually starts later in the first week of the tournament, the exact time and court assignment for their first-round match have not yet been confirmed.

I don’t really know doubles. Normally this early in the tournament they wouldn’t even broadcast a doubles match. But they probably will the Williams’s match because they are big news. And most times I think first round is finished Monday and Tuesday for singles. I tape all the televised matches so I don’t pay attention when anyone is playing because I at least fast forward through everything televised.
I know Serena is playing both singles and doubles, not sure about Venus.
