Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. The chicks will continue to grow in the nest for about three to four weeks before fledging. More information about the cams, set-up or to make a donation please visit alyssasnaturesanctuary.org.

Its 90 out side, not the type of heat you hang out in for a long time
I had spider webs and fluff on the outside of my window screen the fluff is from the cotton wood trees, anyhow I had a gold finch come and take it all off probably for a nest and now my screen is clean😂
😁. One way to do it!
It was bugging me and I was trying to figure out how to clean it, I have very old windows
Vacuum it with a brush? Or even use your leaf blower. Better wear ear protection.
It was on the outside of the screen vacuum wouldn’t work and leaf blower no way, its done now😍
I used a pet hair/lint remover on mine, worked
Outside????
Time to call my Mom
Enjoy.
