Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. Good morning…doing laundry and had my iced decaf coffee, vanilla creme brulee flavor. DH is working from home, he got no sleep last night. I’m thinking he’ll take a long nap at some point. I just had some cottage cheese, think I’ll cut up one of the cucumbers from the farmer’s market.

My days off were different , I didnt have a Mon-Fri job

When i first started in the 70’s salons were closed on Sunday and Monday and then came along Regis, the Supercuts, Great clips, etc and they were open 7 days a week.
I remember when a lot of things were closed especially on Sunday, but some things even Saturday. Of course not restaurants, nair stuff like that on Saturday.

I didn’t necessarily have more work but I was usually sleepier and knew I had 5 days until another day off. The last 3 years I worked were the most difficult and I would actually get depressed every Sunday night.
I lived under stress alot
I did especially at work.
The last three years i worked were stressful because they treated me like crap…trying to get me to quit…..most of the original girls at all the shops quit when a certain someone took over to manage all the shops but I stayed.
I was a nervous wreck driving to work daily!!
I was too, especially 2008. I came home most days, had a drink and went to lay on my ned. I’d never done that. Some of the youngest teachers talked about doing things like taking headache medicine. One young PE teacher, and that job is usually the least stressful.
Good Morning Bellas, its a bright sunny hot morning-have hot temps coming for the week couple days are going to get to 96 and I’m not used to it.
