Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I’m back inside my going to get blueberries turned out to be side tracked, my 100 nyear old neighbor across the street was trying to water his flowers so I went over and watered for him, then back home to get some tuna pasta salad for him then finally to the dollar store, back home got Jade outside then watered tomato plants now the sprinkler is on the garden, its so over grown as its just been to hot to pull weeds I say let them grow😂
Your vegetables don’t care about the weeds. Good you helped that neighbor. He is amazing.
I was tired after watering for him and still had stuff to do my self-but its getting done just have to move the sprinkler one more time and I plan on getting wet😃
