Live Hummingbird Nest Cam – Oceanside, CA
Your watching a live broadcast of wild female hummingbirds nesting.
There are several Hummers that nest in this yard. Their nests are usually located bushes and no larger than the size of a golf ball. The nest is made from feathers, leaves and other parts of plant matter. She then wraps this material together with spider webs. The eggs she lays are about the size of a breath mint(tic-tac). Hummingbirds lay 1 or 2 eggs per clutch. You can expect to see them hatch after about 14-16 days from the date they are laid. I’ve been talking to Nancy at least 1.5 and am hungry. I was just about to eat when she called. I can ask a question that if I was asked I could answer in 2 minutes and it takes Nancy 15 minutes! Oh well, that’s my sister and I love her and now I’m eating. All is well.

I made friends with one gal in peticular and talked to others including this guy that got out of hand when he couldnt get home. He too the plane to Phoenix which they asked me….no way would Rick drive to Phoenix.
How far away is Phoenix? Is that gal in Tucson?

Good morning. I haven’t slept because I couldn’t. I came home and took a shower and then came out to the couch. And of course I downloaded my pictures and had to put them in order. Now I have emptied my suitcase. I am doing laundry so I’m just about caught up and it’s hotter than heck here. Here’s a picture of the fish Canadian walleye
